The most important part of any not-for-profit organization is fulfilling its mission.  Given the specific financial reporting requirements, we know every dollar counts. 

We perform audits for a wide range of not-for-profit organizations, from social service programs to community organizations.  We have extensive experience conducting audits under the guidelines of Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), Single Audits in accordance with the Uniform Guidance (UG) and U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD Consolidated Audit Guide).  We also assist clients in the preparation of their Commonwealth of Massachusetts Uniform Financial Report (UFR).  If your organization does not require any of these types of audits, we also perform reviews or compilations of your financial statements. 

Our team also has the experience in the preparation of the Form 990, Form 990-EZ, Massachusetts Form PC, and other state filings. 

We are members of the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center (GAQC) and AICPA Not-for-Profit Section.  Our team attends numerous continuing professional education courses and conferences dedicated to keeping them on top of these specialized area of services.
