An excellent way to retain employees is to offer employee benefit plans such as 401(k)s and/or Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). “Large plan filers” with a certain number of participants require an audit. At Sullivan Bille, we have a team specializing in auditing those plans for almost 50 years. We have the expertise and skill needed to serve the employer and assist in compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Department of Labor (DOL).

We are a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC) and have a highly experienced team who performs quality audits and will help you understand the requirements of ERISA. We assist in correcting problems, if any, involving late filings, late remittances, and other issues under the DOL and IRS correction programs. Our team attends numerous continuing professional education courses and conferences dedicated to keeping them on top of this specialized area of service.
