Barbara J. Dupont, CPA
Audit Manager
Barbara joined Sullivan Bille PC in December 1989 and currently serves as an audit manager with the firm.
She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has been involved in numerous audit, review and compilation engagements. She has participated in the financial and compliance audits under the guidelines of Government Auditing Standards, (Yellow Book) Uniform Guidance and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Consolidated Audit Guide, and Student Financial Aid Audits of Proprietary Schools.
She has been involved in all aspects of the audit process including engagement planning, account analysis, compliance auditing, preparation of financial statements, management commentary letters and preparation of tax returns.
The industries in which she has gained insight through her experience range from HUD’s, student financial aid, construction, manufacturing, technology, services and retailing.
Ms. Dupont is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She graduated from Merrimack College with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and Northern Essex Community College with an associate degree in accountancy.
