Jennifer M. DiPrizio, CPA
Audit Manager
Jennifer joined Sullivan Bille P.C. in 1997 and currently serves as a manager with the firm.
She has been involved in numerous audit and review engagements.
Her expertise includes not-for-profit organizations, housing programs, manufacturing and software companies.
Jennifer has extensive experience in auditing under the guidelines of Government Auditing Standards (the Yellow Book), Uniform Guidance, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Consolidated Audit Guide and has assisted many clients in preparing their Data Collection Form for the Federal Audit Clearinghouse and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Uniform Financial Report (UFR).
She has been involved in all aspects of the audit process, including engagement planning, risk assessment, account analysis, compliance testing, and preparation of financial statements, tax returns and management letters.
Jennifer is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA’s Not-for-Profit (NFP) Section, and the Government Audit Quality Center (GAQC). She is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs) where she is on the Nonprofit Accounting and Auditing Committee.
Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College with concentrations in accounting and finance.
