Linda A. Bakaian, CPA, MST
Tax Director
Linda is a licensed CPA in the State of New Hampshire. She began her career at Sullivan Bille PC in 1984 where she remains currently employed. During a hiatus from 2006-2014 she served as Tax Manager for an international manufacturing conglomerate before returning as Senior Tax Manager at SBPC.
She is a graduate of Bentley College with a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation, the University of Lowell with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, with concentrations in Computer Science and Finance, and Middlesex College with an Associates Degree in Science – Radiologic Technology.
Linda’s expertise is in the area of tax matters involving closely held corporations, partnerships, LLCs, family groups, trusts, and high net worth individuals and their families. Her practical concentration includes tax planning and consulting, business consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, new and advanced federal and multi-state tax compliance, federal and state tax audits, and extensive tax research. Her professional services extend to numerous industries including retail/wholesale, engineering, software, manufacturing, high-tech, professional services, health care, real estate, construction, and various service industries.
Linda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA). She has also served on many local boards for organizations within her community of Wilton, NH.
She is an avid outdoorsman who has her private pilot, motorcycle, and boating licenses. Linda also enjoys snowmobiling and ATVing, but especially loves spending extended time with her family and 4 grandchildren.
