Tina E. Novo
Audit Manager
Tina joined Sullivan Bille PC in 2001 upon graduation from Bentley College, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree, with a concentration in Accounting.
At Sullivan Bille, she has been involved in numerous audit and review engagements. In addition, Tina has extensive experience performing employee benefit plan audits of 401(k) plans and ESOPs under the Department of Labor’s Rules and Regulations for Reporting and Disclosure under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and preparation of Form 5500. She is also experienced in the preparation of business and individual multi-state tax returns. Tina has been involved in all aspects of the audit process including engagement planning, account analysis, compliance auditing, preparation of financial statements and management commentary report. The types of industries in which she has gained insight through her experience range from not-for-profit, manufacturing, technology, and retailing as well as companies filing with the S.E.C.
Tina is an associate member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (MSCPA) and a member of the MSCPA ERISA Accounting & Auditing Committee.
She also has served as Treasurer of the PTO for schools in the Lowell community.
